AAID Southern District Meeting 2022

The 2022 American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID) Southern District Meeting was held in New Orleans, Louisiana from April 29 to April 30, and Dr. Chris Hart was fortunate enough to be invited to present at the event.

The event is attended by implantologists around the world and involves expert speakers – including Dr. Chris Hart – presenting on sessions that tie into the theme of emerging trends in implant dentistry with topics including surgical guide executions, reconstruction/salvaging of failed full arch, guided zygomatic surgery, milling in-office conversions, and ICAM 3D print conversions.

Dr. Chris Hart presented a session on the expanded frontiers of CAD/CAM with customised libraries. This content was particularly useful to dentists and technicians interested in the integration of intraoral and extraoral scanning technologies. The event also proved a good opportunity to network with fellow prosthodontists and expand PartMaker’s insight on dentistry trends.
