A Custom Overdenture Solution by PartMaker

At PartMaker, we pride ourselves on tackling the toughest challenges in high-end removable implant lab work. One of our valued Clients approached us with a complex overdenture case. Even major labs couldn’t crack it. We jumped at the opportunity to deliver a solution that would exceed expectations.

Using our expertise in Exocad, we created custom libraries tailored to the case. Our team designed a telescopic solution with two threaded interfaces, perfectly integrated with Straumann Novaloc attachments. The telescopic component was crafted with precision: a 4 mm width, a 4° draft angle, and a 0.5 mm clearance at the top to accommodate potential wear. We designed the housings separately from the attachments. This allowed us to fine-tune the vertical height for optimal fit and function.

In just 48 hours, we delivered a fully customized solution. It was high-quality and enabled our client to deliver exceptional results to their patient without delay.
